We offer free shipping for all U.S. based orders. We work hard to ship all pieces within 1 business day of your order. All items are sent via USPS.

Shipping International

Unfortunately we are not currently offering international shipping. We will make an announcement if this changes in the future.

Returns + Exchanges

Since each piece is 3D printed individually in a natural material, and then refined and glazed by hand, slight variations in the surface and glazing are part of its beauty. Like any handcrafted item, no two are exactly alike. Therefore, returns and exchanges due to perceived imperfections are not accepted.

We strive to package each item carefully, however if a piece arrives broken, please get in touch through the online Contact form and we’ll be happy to send you a replacement at no cost to you.
